Apple Crisp
Ingredients.
- 2 1/2 cups apples (peeled, cored, sliced)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened.
Instructions.
- Lightly grease 8” sq. pan.
- Arrange apples evenly in pan.
- Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in butter using a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal; sprinkle over apples.
- Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 40-45 mins.
